Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn sneakers in their original branded box, then secure them inside a separate shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
